About our Owner
BJ Bengard
I have been in the construction industry for 25 year now. My father owned a construction company in NW IA and every second I had I would help him out. We built houses, resided and reroofed homes. built decks, and installed replacement windows. I learned from my father at a young age that customer service and customer satisfaction is key to owning your own business. That is why those two items are what I strive for on every job.
I graduated from Simpson College with a Business Administration degree and I also played 4 years of football. This is also where I met my wife, Becky.
My wife Becky is a 4th Grade teacher at Norwalk School District and together we have 3 kids, Juhl, Macey, and Vivan. We also have two dogs, Izzy and Eddie.
In my free time I like to hunt, fish, golf, try to learn guitar & ukulele, attend music concerts, and watch football.
I am involved in Special Olympics of Iowa, church council board member, coached my kids sports, 100 Men of Norwalk.
